Consultancy support for projects

What is it?

We are experienced project partners with a substantial amount of transnational project work. We have many years of experience developing project ideas and accessing appropriate funding sources for new initiatives. We are therefore in an ideal position to provide you with consultancy support to:

• help create new project ideas,
• identify and access the most appropriate combination of funding sources to make the project a reality and to
• provide advice for your project once it is underway.

Why is it useful?

We have worked in projects on a local, regional, national and international basis. We feel that we have useful experience and expertise that will add value to projects particularly in the fields of

• disability
• mental health and well being
• regeneration

Much of our work is repeat business for existing clients and having worked with an organisation as a partner, or having provided them with project support, we are in a better position to identify other potential opportunities that they may be interested in. A lot of our time is spent developing project ideas and partnerships for existing clients and project partners that develop out of current project working and meetings.

We would charge a standard daily rate plus travel and expenses. We would agree a detailed action plan and costing schedule before the work started.
